Impact of Fintech on Islamic Bank Performance in Malaysia: Descriptive Study on Fintech

This paper aims to evaluate the impact of Islamic FinTech innovations on Malaysia’s banks’ performance by utilizing eighteen regional commercial banks that started banking in Malaysia. The data is from 2005–2020 with four hundred and seventy observations. Multivariate regression has been used research questions empirically. first statistically fintech innovation bank’s Furthermore, financial metrics presented thoroughly for years 2005–2020. We have contributed era following findings: (i) a positive effect Malaysia; (ii) also positively affected income; (iii) economic was more substantial small-banks compared large-banks; (iv) In terms balance sheet debts, small funds money market are influenced application FinTech; (v) consumer loan repayments impacted app (vi) per capita GDP does good ROE banks; (vii) Penetration rates bank’ return assets equity.
